Terms of service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of QR Studio, a service for creating dynamic QR codes and measuring their scans. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
The service is provided by the operator of this website; contact the administrator using the email address provided on this site.
1. Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your password and authentication codes secret, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You're responsible for what happens under your account. The service is intended for adults and businesses able to enter into contracts.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use the service, QR codes or custom domains to:
- publish or link to illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy);
- deceive people: phishing, scams, impersonation or destinations that hide what they really are;
- distribute malware or anything that harms devices or data;
- send spam or unsolicited advertising;
- overload, probe or attack the service, or get around its limits and security measures.
3. Custom domains
You may only connect domains you own or are authorised to use. We may refuse or disconnect a domain that breaks these terms or interferes with the service.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to your QR codes, destinations, logos and designs, and you're responsible for them. You allow us to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it's provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change. Printed QR codes only redirect while the code is active and your account exists: before printing in large quantities, test your codes and keep the account in good standing.
6. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend codes or accounts that break these terms, are used for abuse, or endanger the service or other people, notifying you where possible.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or rights that consumers have under mandatory law.
8. Privacy
How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll tell you about significant changes in advance by email or in the app; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes fall under the court of the provider's registered office, except where mandatory consumer law gives jurisdiction to the court of the consumer's residence.
