12 digits (the 13th, the check digit, is added) or all 13.

For reliable scanning keep dark bars on a light background; barcodes are always a single colour.

How to make it

Tips

Official EANs
To sell in shops, EAN numbers come from GS1: the generator draws the number they give you.
Check digit
Type 12 digits for an EAN-13: we work out the 13th.
